We select a limited number of innovators each year who align with our ethical charter and work within our four strategic areas
Egregor has developed a methodology for selecting social innovators with 20 criteria that assesses different pillars:
Candidate social and environmental innovators may be NGOs, start-ups/social enterprises or research teams. They must have been in existence for at least 3 years and have at least 5 staff. There are no geographical exclusion criteria.
We conduct a deep, multi-level analysis of each organisation’s culture, strategy, and operations. Together, we identify core growth drivers and barriers, and co-design a three-year roadmap to guide the scale-up process.
Egregor equips social innovators with the tools, expertise, and networks needed to enhance their effectiveness and scale their impact.
This comprehensive support framework is built for long-term success, driving innovation, financial resilience, and sector-wide influence.
Egregor measures success not just by numbers, but by the lasting transformation of ecosystems and the comprehensive expansion of social innovations. Our evaluation approach goes beyond traditional metrics to assess systemic change, long-term resilience, broader effects at a sectoral level.
